Our Bookkeepers are certified with the Institute of Certified New Zealand Bookkeepers (ICNZB) and are certified in both MYOB and Xero and have experience with multiple other software and add-ons.
The beauty of working with Monarch is there is no minimum or maximum with the services we provide. We can get things done daily, weekly, monthly or as one off’s when you need some extra assistance. Whether that is data entry, preparing and filing of GST, FBT, DWT, management of your creditors and bills payments, or invoicing and looking after your debtors and helping bring the money in there’s not much we don’t do!
We also offer a “tidy up” service for when you find yourself in a mess and can’t quite work out where you went wrong; we are here to help! We like to work alongside your Accountant to ensure your year-end preparation and filing goes smoothly and can often be the go-to person for your Accountant as we understand the requirements and can save you the time and hassle of having to decipher “Accountant speak”.
We have also worked on several IRD reviews and can get you compliant and things back on track quickly if you find yourself in trouble.
